The QMJ-12A is an upgraded medium-duty egg-layer mobile block machine, optimized and improved on the basis of the QMJ-10A model. It inherits the core pallet-free working principle, completely eliminating the reliance on plastic, wooden or steel pallets required by traditional fixed block machines. All finished interlocking pavers and hollow blocks are directly molded and cured on the flat cement ground, which fundamentally saves long-term and repeated investment in pallet purchasing, replacement, maintenance, cleaning and storage. Compared with small-sized brick machines, the QMJ-12A adopts an integral reinforced heavy-duty steel frame and overall enlarged body structure, with enhanced overall rigidity and anti-vibration performance, effectively avoiding mechanical resonance during high-frequency vibration operation. Equipped with an upgraded full hydraulic walking and steering system, the machine realizes automatic forward movement and flexible on-site position adjustment during continuous production. It has extremely low requirements for workshop infrastructure, no need for fixed production lines, supporting equipment or complex foundation construction. It can work stably in open-air yards, temporary construction sites, rural idle land and remote infrastructure projects, providing ultra-flexible and low-threshold production solutions for medium-scale brick making projects.

This QMJ-12A pallet-free block machine is equipped with an upgraded enhanced secondary hydraulic vibration molding system, which greatly improves vibration frequency, excitation force and vibration uniformity compared with ordinary small egg-layer machines. The high-frequency synchronous vibration acts on the raw material mixture in all directions, which can quickly and thoroughly discharge the internal air gaps of concrete, soil and sand aggregates, making the material fill the mold cavity densely and evenly. The double vibration molding process solves the common problems of loose brick body, uneven density, insufficient strength and defective edges and corners of traditional single-vibration brick machines. The finished hollow blocks for building walls feature solid texture and strong compression resistance, while the interlocking pavers for municipal roads and garden landscapes have high compactness, wear resistance and anti-pressure capacity, fully meeting international construction standards and long-term engineering use requirements. Adopting heat-treated high-precision wear-resistant molds, the machine ensures consistent product specifications, low mold loss and long service life, realizing stable batch production of high-quality building blocks.
Designed for diversified and eco-friendly production, the QMJ-12A brick machine has super strong compatibility with various raw materials, breaking the limitation of single cement concrete production. It can fully utilize local low-cost resources such as natural soil, clay, loess, river sand, stone powder and gravel, and also widely adapt to industrial solid wastes including fly ash, slag, coal gangue and construction recycled aggregates. It turns waste materials into valuable building products, conforming to global green environmental protection, energy saving and circular economy development trends, and greatly reduces customers’ raw material procurement and transportation costs. With simple and fast mold replacement, the machine supports the production of standard hollow blocks, interlocking paving bricks, solid standard bricks, perforated bricks and slope protection bricks. One device can meet the production needs of residential building masonry, municipal road paving, water conservancy slope protection and landscape engineering, significantly improving equipment utilization rate and overall project return on investment.

Different from the low-power small egg-layer machines, the QMJ-12A is equipped with a matched high-stability hydraulic system with a total power of 17.5kW, realizing perfect coordination of feeding, pressing, vibrating and walking actions. The whole production process is automated and streamlined, with a scientific and stable molding cycle of 20-30 seconds per mold. The single-mold output is higher than that of the QMJ-10A model, achieving more efficient continuous production on the premise of guaranteed brick quality. The machine adopts thickened steel plate integral welding and anti-fatigue structural design, with good shock resistance and load-bearing capacity, adapting to long-term high-intensity outdoor operation. The optimized hydraulic circuit reduces pipeline loss and failure rate, ensuring low noise, stable operation and fewer maintenance faults. The whole machine is reasonably structured with wear-resistant and durable core accessories, effectively extending the overall service life of the equipment.
The QMJ-12A adopts an integrated electromechanical-hydraulic control system and ergonomic seat-type lever operation design, with intuitive and simple operation logic and no complicated professional settings. The whole production process only requires 1-2 workers to complete feeding and auxiliary finishing work. New operators can master the full operation process through simple short-term training, effectively saving long-term professional labor costs. The equipment has low daily energy consumption and no pallet loss cost, with extremely low daily operation and maintenance costs. Daily maintenance only includes conventional cleaning, lubrication and pipeline inspection, without complex disassembly and professional maintenance technology. It features convenient after-sales maintenance, low failure rate and stable long-term operation, making it a high-cost-performance and worry-free investment choice for medium-sized brick factories and overseas construction projects. All output data are theoretical values, and the actual production capacity is affected by ground flatness, raw material ratio, moisture content and operator proficiency.
